Free Ground Shipping: USPS First Class delivery is complimentary for all orders within the continental United States.
$10 USPS Priority Mail: Two-day air service is subsidized at a flat rate of $5.
$20 USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight service is subsidized at $20 per order.
International: Fedex International Economy rates are charged without markup, excluding duties and taxes.
Order Fulfillment & Transit Times
Products ship within 24 hours of ordering. Transit times vary by method:
- USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1 business day
- First-Class International: 5-10 business days typically
The company does not ship on weekends or public holidays and may require up to two business days in case of order complications.
Special Shipping

Returns Policy
A "30-day Smile-On-Your-Face Guarantee" permits full refunds if customers are unsatisfied. To initiate returns, email info@questdetectors.com for an RMA number. Refunds process within 3-5 business days after return inspection.
